We had our first visit with this office a couple of days ago and all I have to say is, wow! All of the staff was so sweet and helpful. I was already so thankful that they took my son in as new patient because they are VERY busy. We took a last minute cancellation appointment and got in the next day. My kiddo needs some work done ASAP so that was very kind of them. From that first phone call, we felt welcome. When they took us back the staff was so kind and patient and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciate. They got the ball rolling immediately and we are now scheduled to get him taken care of soon!

This office is terrible. Had 1 of my children there & they only do ONE day where the office actually has the dentist there. Yet, wanted him to keep coming back repeatedly. My 1 child had not even been seen yet. We missed the new patient appt & they refused to let me reschedule it. Stating if you miss new patient appointment, you're automatically discharged. You all have some of the rudest staff & dumbest policies. You need a new building, nicer staff.. MORE than ONE dentist & an updated 2025 policy. People DO miss things & it is wild to discharge a CHILD, who never even got to be seen, due to a missed new patient appointment. This is the only dental & or medical office, period whom has this policy. Just stupid.

Took grandson there several years ago. Dentist and DA were cold, cruel and I debated pulling him out of the chair. Unless practice has changed, parents are NOT allowed to go back with child. Had I not adamantly insisted, I nor mom would have known the treatment the child recieves. Trust me, it was awful and no decent parent would ever allow their child back there with him.

At this point my daughter has had 3 appointments zero care and all staff has been completely rude. We haven't even seen the actual doctor yet. The do not care about your tike all 3 appointments they did nothing and before even making the appointment knew they wouldn't be able to do anything first because even though they knew for weeks ahead of time that my daughter has a VSD they never sent a approval to her cardiologist so we went there and sat for 2 hours for them to tell me that they won't touch her without a approval. Next they had us come in to "try" and look at her then referred for her to undergo anesthesia for detal work then wanted me to come back to go over hospital procedures. My daughter is special needs has had 14 surges in her life and has 5 specialist and we have never had anything like this. After all of this my insurance denied one part of the deal care under anesthesia and requested that they changed a code. Dr Rick's office is refusing to change the code and demanding I pay out of pocket before they do anything. They have been just rude and continuously told me that nobody gets this covered and the lady I spoke to in billing Leaa H who refused to give her last

Dr. Rick is one of the best dentists that I have ever been to. We were referred to him during the pandemic and yes it did take a while to get in totally understandable but once you are in its honestly so worth the wait. My daughters' top teeth were terrible, and Dr. Rick capped them, and she now has really pretty teeth. She loves to smile now! So thankful for Dr. Rick and his staff they are truly wonderful! Don't read the bad reviews, go to him and see how he is yourself! You won't regret it =)
